Our guide Ryan was the best at assessing our skill level and very patient with us as we learned how to rock climb. My wife and I had no prior experience, and we were surprised by the end of the session at how much we accomplished in just 6 hours. We were able to climb some awesome cliffs with amazing views from the top. We felt very safe as well, as Ryan triple checked our safety harnesses/devices and kept a very close eye on us. Overall, amazing and unique experience…I would do it again if I was in the area.

Learning to climb outdoors was amazing with a guide like Ryan in a setting as beautiful as Sylvan Lake. The challenge was perfect. I loved that my son learned how to climb safely with the help of his guide. This picture makes me think that what is a beginner climber today might be a skilled guide in the future! I did a 6-hour climbing day with Jeff and it was amazing! We started on second breakfast route which was intimidating but Jeff did a great job walking me through everything and encouraging me on the way up! Experience was incredible and totally worth hiking through the snow :).
